New Tribes Repack 34

Tribes Repack release 34 is out now. Get it here.

Changes in release 34 (Nov 18, 2016):
-Fixed client crash from the new recharge bar.
-Added several enhancements to the recharge bar hud.
-Included Base RPG is now 6.7.2: See Server-changelog.txt
