So Walk and I have been holding onto this old project we for a while now. Basically we replaced some (a handful at most) of rpg textures with hudbot textures. All skins are revamped (although most were done using a generic scaling algorithm, but some like ubers were touched up a bit by hand). Water is replaced, as well as the sky and some wood/rock textures. Please note this only works in OpenGL...software will still look the same

Basic install instructions...extract keeping the folder names intact and add exec("RPG_reg.cs"); to autoexec. To remove just remove the exec("RPG_reg.cs"); line.
Hudbot Replacements
Certain things will look better.
In general the skins will be more fluid (ie less blocky).
Water was redesigned (which actually prevents some textures glitches...hudbot to the rescue :p)
The limbo wall (brick one) was updated

Also the sky is a more detailed version.
