The taskbar? Left click and drag the taskbar to whatever edge of the screen you want it on. You have to click and drag from a spot on the taskbar that's not occupied by anything (although it can't be in the section used for quick launch icons), it's easiest from the part where the program buttons are. It'd be nice if there was a way to prevent it from moving but that's not possible (nothing I have tried has actually worked), and I find it happens at very inconvenient times, usually when I try to click the start button. If you miss it and click in the little one-pixel wide space to the left of it it will usually think you are dragging the taskbar to the left side of the screen and it will literally spend more time than it takes to start up your computer, moving the taskbar over, reloding all the icons in your quick launch, resizing the taskbar buttons, reloading the desktop icons, and reloading and resizing the desktop background.. Then it resizes and moves all program windows over, leaving an annoying gap when you move the taskbar back to the bottom of the screen where it should not have moved from in the first place.. Not to mention when you move it back it has to reload everything I just mentioned.
